Listed below are the documents you should receive when your MERLIN communica-

tions system is installed. If for some reason you do not receive all the documenta-

tion, please contact the TC-SS assigned to your account.

● Administration Manual: This document steps you through the procedures in-

volved in customizing your system. It should be used only by the System

Administrator.

● Attendant’s Guide: This document contains the information you need to use

your attendant console to your best advantage. It should be used only by per-

sons who will be using the attendant console.

● User’s Guide: This document contains information on how to program in-

dividual voice terminals. It should be used by all individuals with MERLIN voice

terminals.
