Use this order form to request the installation of Wi-Fi service into a special venue McDonald’s restaurant.

McDonald’s requires that special venue locations get legal clearance approval before installing Wi-Fi. Special venue

locations include: Walmarts, toll plazas, malls, military bases, airports, stadiums, colleges, hospitals, museums, zoos,

casinos, businesses and industry buildings.

Note: Freestanding McDonald’s locations where the building and land is owned or leased by McDonald’s

receive Public/Private Wi-Fi by default and do not require this form for Wi-Fi service.

Installing Wi-Fi service entails the installation of one or more Wireless Access Points (WAP) in such a way as to

provide Wi-Fi coverage to the McDonald’s indoor seating area. The WAP is generally installed in the seating area

above the drop ceiling. A cable that provides both power and data is run from the WAP to AT&T Wi-Fi equipment in

the back office area. There is no interruption to connectivity during the installation.

Pricing Information – Special Venue Location Wi-Fi Service

The installation charge depends upon when this order form is received in relation to the installation status of other

AT&T Wi-Fi equipment at each restaurant. Please refer the table below for the charges associated the installation of

Wi-Fi service. Charges are 20% higher in Alaska and Hawaii.

There are two options for the type of Wi-Fi service that can be installed. Each is described below. The type of Wi-Fi

service installed should be determined in the legal clearance review process and needs to be indicated on the Store

Information table on page 2.

New Install Charge Retrofit Install Charge

Installation where AT&T Wi-Fi equipment is not already

installed so the Wi-Fi service can be installed on the same

tech visit as the other AT&T Wi-Fi equipment.

*$440 will be added to the normal installation charge.

Installation where AT&T Wi-Fi equipment is already

installed and a separate tech visit is necessary to install

Wi-Fi service.

$440.00* per Restaurant $690.00 per Restaurant

Option 1: New Install Charge Option 2. Private Wi-Fi Only Service

Wi-Fi internet access will be broadcast and publicly

accessible to McDonald’s employees and guests. It is also

available to private McDonald’s applications. This is the

desirable and most common configuration.

Wi-Fi internet access is not broadcast and therefore not

publicly accessible because of restrictions from the land/

building owner or lease. Wi-Fi will generally only be

available to private McDonald’s applications.
